My coaching is about creating a safe, nonjudgemental space where you can explore what really matters to you, without pressure. Together, we use ADHD-informed tools and models to help you:

- Untangle the perfectionism-shame cycle

- Find ways to get started (and keep going) that work with your brain

- Build confidence and self-trust in daily life and work

I trained with Gold mind Academy and follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies. That means you get professionalism, ethics, and structure as well as someone who understands ADHD from the inside.
